You can start setting up your stuff by 12 pm on Friday, and furnishings for up to 150 guests are provided. With such a huge guest list, the package allows camping on the premises, with campers accommodated for a nightly charge of 25 CAD (17 USD) per person. Tents are available for a nightly charge of 10 CAD (7 USD). Two bartenders are included and the mandatory clean up service will be concluded by 2 pm Sunday.
The Ultimate package includes everything in the DIY package and allows weddings for up to 250 guests for 14,000 CAD (approx. 9,700 USD). Additional decor and furnishings are included such as white or burlap tablecloths, guest book table, octagonal, natural wood arbour, or framed backdrop for the ceremony, cocktail tables, two glass bottles per table, indoor and outdoor coolers, glass vases and jars, and rustic decor options. Lemonade and iced tea service, coffee urns, tea and creamer are also included. Two in-person appointments will be available to plan your wedding, and you can also expect full staff support!
