WeddingVenues101 (referred to as "the Service") is a free service offered by Trip101 Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us").

The hotels and other providers (including, but not limited to, booking platforms) connected to the Service are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company. The Company is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any actions, mistakes, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence on the part of third parties or suppliers, including any resulting personal injuries, death, property damage, loss, theft, or other costs or damages. You understand and agree that the Service, and all materials, information, products and services included therein, are provided to you on an "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Without limiting the foregoing, COMPANY EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, RELATING TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. Furthermore, you agree that the terms of use of any third-party sites or other sites operated by the Company will apply once you navigate to those sites.

The Company has the right to alter, pause, remove, or disable access to the Service at any time, without notice. The Company will not be held responsible for any loss of access to or removal of any part or feature of the Service.

Governing Laws / Exclusive Jurisdictional Court

Your access to and use of the Service, along with the terms and conditions set by the Company, will be subject to and interpreted in line with Singapore's laws, unless stated otherwise. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Service, the Courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different arrangement is specified.
